In winter of 2009, someone walked up behind me in Chicago as I walked beside a SUV with black tinted windows, and reached out and zapped me with what I can only describe as a magnetic card reader. Although they used this, I believe it was to depolarize or change the 1s and 0s or ‘ons and offs’ of my magnetic field so they could manipulate my magnetic field into any number they require. Part of their imaging process. Biometrics consists of methods for uniquely recognizing humans based upon one or more intrinsic physical or behavioral traits. This is what HAARPists mind controllers utilize by pulsing the atmosphere with sounds to find their targets. Targets such as myself to “put love in their mind control” game. There are many articles already defining the use of lights and sounds to control behavior. The HAARP timeline lists many articles and books referencing their need to control populations. HAARP is also known to be ‘dumping’ metals and chemicals into the ionosphere and changing weather patterns. Project Blue Beam theories are based on a hologram. I believe HAARPists found a way to use body scalar waves to flip light into sound through nanowaves and STED imaging process to pick these sounds and lights up in radio; using the natural phenomenon that x-rays act more like matter.
