Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance. STED microscopy and photonic using laser beams based on the human scalar waves is being used to “image intact living multi-cellular organims”. I believe Project Blue Beam is then using these scalar waves, which are scalable and based on quantum wavelengths, to create a one-celled living organism -- a perfect blue light. One blue light based on the body, mind, and soul. Viewing photos of the aura or life energy through Kirilian photography, you can see this blue light. The same blue light you see in many of my videos. The article on scalar waves doesn’t include the math of the scalar waves. A scale, e.g. music, involves the highs and lows e.g. high C and low C that are audible (see audio frequencies), with many more sounds that are outisde the audible range. The EM spectrum consists of many highs and lows (rainbow of the visible light) all of which can be ‘scaled’. HAARP is flipping the top gamma ray (nuclei) over and matching it to the bottom gamma wave; the top of the human brainwave; all along the scale. It is alleged that the U.S. Navy destroyer escort USS Eldridge was to be rendered invisible (or "cloaked") to enemy devices. The experiment is also referred to as Project Rainbow. The story is widely regarded as a hoax. The U.S. Navy maintains that no such experiment occurred, and details of the story contradict well- established facts about the Eldridge, as well as the known laws of physics The theory, briefly, postulates the interrelated nature of the forces that comprise electromagnetic radiation and gravity.
